How 2018 took place during the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of November in the city of Guayaquil, Ecuador. This event gives training for leaders young people, university students and young professionals outreaches in the South American zone of Kairos.
There were 150 participants from various Sword of the Spirit communities in the zone. We had people from Jesús es el Señor in Quito, Ecuador; Tierra Santa in Guayaquil, Ecuador; Jesús es el Señor in Cuenca, Ecuador; Fuerza lo Alto in Lima, Peru; Emmanuel in Cali, Colombia and El Gozo del Señor in Bogotá, Colombia; as well as some guests from other groups.
The training included some main sessions as well as specific workshops focused on each of the the evangelistic programs. These workshops were led by program leaders. They shared success stories, evangelization strategies, high impact events and some experiences that weren’t so successful. All these helped reach consensus on how to improve.
There were stands in which each community and outreach could share, in more detail, their activities with others.
We had many times to pray and to have fellowship as brothers and sisters.
